Guidelines

How to access the event

  • You must be registered and logged in to access the event (ensure that you have set your password using the link provided in your registration email). 
  • The event will take place on Zoom and will also be broadcast on the "home" page of this websiteA block to access the live session will appear on the Home page 30 minutes before the event starts. 
  • The event will start at 10AM CET
  • Please remember to click “Join Audio” and check your audio settings so you can hear the presenters. 
  • We recommend using Google Chrome or Safari as your browser, as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge may cause visualisation issues. 
  • A Zoom access link will be sent to you by email before the event, so you can join the session easily if you experience any issues accessing the live stream via the event page.

Q&A Sessions


  • If you have technical questions for the speakers, please use the "Q&A" button in the top bar of the event page (it will appear on the day of the event). 
  •  The chat room located next to the live stream is intended for informal discussions only. 
  • Any questions that cannot be addressed during the live session will be answered in the post-event report, which will be made available alongside the session replay.


Tutorials

  • On the day of the event, the tutorials presented will only be summaries (20-min) of the full tutorials. A 10-minute Q&A session will follow. 
  • The full tutorials (code, data, documentation & the explanatory video) will be made available a few days before the event. An accompanying video tutorial is available on the WEkEO Youtube channel.

Replays & Certificates

  • At the end of the event, you will receive a certificate of participation by e-mail. This will be generated automatically based on your presence during the event.
  •  The full recording of the session will be made available after the webinar concludes. 
  •  You will receive a post-event report by email a few days after the event.
