Event Agenda
The Copernicus WEkEO Service organised a two-day workshop to increase user awareness of the forest ecosystem, related issues and conservation techniques specific to this subject. The aim of this workshop is to share applications of the Copernicus WEkEO Service products in ecosystem monitoring studies and to focus on the main challenges faced in forest monitoring. The workshop covered a number of related topics, ranging from forest inventory, forest fires and deforestation to forest phenology studies.
A practical session (Day 2) was dedicated to live demonstrations of the use of the data using:
- Jupyter Notebooks,
- QGIS software,
- R Studio.
