Guidelines

How to access the event

  • You need to be registered and logged in (you need to have a password set-up, click on the link in your registration email). 
  • The event will take place on Zoom but will be broadcast here, on the “home” and “program” pages: a block to access the live session will appear 30 min before the event start time. 
  • Don't forget to click on “Join Audio” and set your peripherals to hear us.
  • We recommend using Google Chrome or Safari as your browser, as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge may cause visualization issues.
  • We will email you a Zoom link before the event to ensure easy access in case you have trouble accessing the live stream on the event page.

Q&A Sessions


  • If you have technical questions for the speakers, please use the "Q&A" button on the top bar of the event page (it will appear on the day of the event). 
  • The chat room you will find next to the live is for small talk only
  • For any unanswered questions in the Q&A, we provide a post-event report with responses from the speakers, available alongside the event replays


Replays & Certificates

  • After each webinar, you will receive a certificate of attendance by e-mail.
  • The full recording of each session will be available after the webinar concludes. 
  •  For the individual recordings and the post-event report, you will receive an email a few days after.
