Guidelines

How to access the event

HomeProgram
  • You need to be registered and logged in (you need to have a password set-up, click on the link on you registration email). 
  • The event will take place on Zoom but will be broadcast here, on the “home” and “program” pages: a block to access the live session will appear 30 min before the event start time. 
  • Don't forget to click on “Join Audio” and set your peripherals to hear us.
  • We recommend using Google Chrome or Safari as your browser, as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge may cause visualization issues.
  • We will email you a Zoom link before the event to ensure you have easy access in case you have trouble accessing the live stream on the event page.

Q&A Sessions

Q&APost-event report

  • If you have technical questions for the speakers, please use the "Q&A" button on the top bar of the event page (it will appear on the day of the event). 
  • The chat room you will find next to the live is for small talk only. 
  • For any unanswered questions in the Q&A, we provide a post-event report with responses from the speakers, available alongside the event replays

Tutorials

  • On the day of the event, the tutorials presented will only be summaries (15-min) of the full tutorials. A 15-minute Q&A session will follow. 
  • The full tutorials (code, data, documentation & the explanatory video) will be made available a few days before the event, so that you can get hands-on experience (you will receive an email).

Replays & Certificates

PDF & ReplaysPost-event report
  • At the end of the event, you will receive a certificate of participation by e-mail. 
  • 1 week after the event, you'll receive an e-mail to let you know that the replays and PDFs of the presentations are available (as well as the post-event report if there is one).

Recordings Products Overview

We invite you to watch this video on the WEkEO products Overview before the event, as they will not be shown on the day. Similarly, 1 week before the event, you'll find the full Jupyter, QGIS and R Studio tutorials (data, scripts and the explanatory videos) available for viewing beforehand.
